They're both fun games but neither deserve a top 16 spot let alone a top 8 spot which makes it hard to vote I might abstain or come back later to vote.

World maybe nostalgia makes me biased but it's the best 2d Mario game I've ever played (not played wonder yet)

Celeste easily. Have struggled to get through Chrono Trigger multiple times while Celeste is the GOAT of 2d platformers.

Not to say Chrono Trigger is bad just something seems to always pull me away from it.

Geez this is tough. Doom is a great game that defined a genre. Super Meat Boy also inspired my favourite game in Celeste.

The way I see it is which deserves a top 8 spot and I think it's Doom since it's more genre defining.

Ironically I voted RE since I think DKC1 is one of the weakest titles in the series.

Both of these games deserve to make it further than this. AlttP however is just an incredible game that deserves it more.

I get that Sonic 2 was huge but I can never get into the series. WROEF is an incredible experience though. Extremely immersive.
