As said, I didn't get presents at christmas. But I did get me some presents early december at sinterklaas: a SNES mini and a couple of movies on DVD.

Christmas gifts were mostly cash this year since we have a wedding/vacation coming up in a few weeks, so we got cash for a change, which all went towards that. Notably, however, I got:

- Lego Beatles Yellow Submarine (already assembled and displayed)
- A hand crafted kitchen knife from Steidle Woodworking, carbon steel blade and a walnut handle.

Small haul, but a nice one.

That is a thing of beauty. I got it for my dad. Its next to his Lego Back to the Future car.
