Team Meat has been developing a mobile Meat Boy game pretty much since Super Meat Boy was released. Tommy and Ed have each mentioned it a few times in various locations. Now they've put Mew-Genics on hold to complete Super Meat Boy Forever, an auto-sprinting platformer for iOS and Android mobile devices. You use touch controls to make Meat Boy jump and slide as he runs through procedurally-generated levels.
Tommy has promised that the game won't feel like a cheesy pared-down mobile port, but that it's been developed from the ground up to feel and control well on touch screens and that it'll feature content worthy of a full console game.
