Glad to see the head start, but this will (inexplicably) be a losing race for PS.

I have (regrettably) played very little of PS (I'll get back around to it one day), but I am nevertheless certain of my vote for Pikmin. It's a very special series to me, and I think the first one really nailed it with the time limit. It creates a sense of urgency without *actually* being gravely imposing, which is a sign of good design, IMO. Great game.

Pikmin is officially the best-ever first game in a series!
