The jump ropes one was a first try deal for me. Try not looking at the screen and just pressing jump in response to the "hey!" one of the people yell. The volleyball one however I have not managed. Its problem is two fold, first it gets ludicrously hard and second it starts incredibly slowly and boring. I just couldn't bring myself to try it more after a few attempts. What I've read online is that it's best to go in to two player mode and just do the challenge as Cappy because he moves faster and has instantaneous acceleration.

Lost Kingdom
I would have never guessed that. However in retrospect it's obvious because you can see in the hint that there is

one of the branches of a tree showing at the top.

All the mini games

Volleyball took me longer than jump rope, using 2 player mode really helps though. I also saved darker side as my last moon, it was a great way to finish up the game. Like Spore mentioned a while ago though, not as tough as previous final levels. Didn't need to be though.

I would have never thought that picture moon was in the lost kingdom, especially since I was looking for what seemed like a pile of sand, not the curvature of the ground
Now that I'm 100% done I'll probably put the game down for a bit, but I wouldn't mind starting up a new file just to speed run through it.

Thanks for this. Did this with a buddy in just a couple tries. We probably could've hit 1000. Speed caps and becomes braindead easy as Cappy.
You got BOOST power!

Not everyone has everyone (and the top scorers may not even be from this community).

The final boss battle and following ending sequence on the moon was one of the most satisfying things in any video game for me.
