I agree 100%. If anyone hasn't played Phantasy Star yet, I definitely recommend the Sega Ages version on the Switch. It adds some great quality of life updates like dungeon maps that are quite helpful.

I also consider Mario Kart DS to be one of, if not the best, Mario Kart games. The single player mission mode is something I would really like to see return in future games. It's a shame Metal Storm had to go up against Mario 3. Metal Storm is a damn good game and easily one of the best games on the NES.

Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb is great game (at least it is on the Xbox, I hear the PS2 version had problems), but I still feel bad that I can't also vote for the game that lets you fight as the car from Daytona USA.

I have never played Crystal Castles (I realize that it's a classic), but I just had to vote for it because Urban Champion is truly abysmal.

Thanks Share, I changed my vote to Ultimate Ghosts 'n Goblins. I do have fond memories of Clayfighter 63 1/3 as it was one of my first games on the N64, but I admit that it is not a great game.

I did not know that Goku Makaimura Kai was Ultimate Ghosts 'n Goblins. It sounded like some Dragonball game to me. I would have voted for GnG over Clayfighter.

I recommend playing the Japanese version of Dynamite Heady as it is much easier than the North American release. I personally could never get into the game until I tried the Japanese version.

Having played Star Soldier: Vanishing Earth a couple of months ago, I'm surprised to see anyone voted for it. It's easily one of the dullest shooters I've ever played.

Shock Troopers and Shock Troopers 2 are too of the best top-down action shooters. Unfortunately, these games are often not included in the many Neo-Geo compilations.
