Re: Kickstarter: What are you backing?
This looks to be a really neat game http://www.tictocgames.com/adventures-of-pip/ It's called Adventures of Pip. You start out as a single pixel and as you defeat more enemies you aquire their pixels and increase your resolution becoming more and more detailed. Sort of like you start out as an 8-bi...

Re: Pier Solar
Yes, but it sounds like most of you (and many others I'm sure) gained interest because it was an original game being made for an older system. And it sounds to me that it was developed on or [using] the Sega Genesis architecture, and then stored in another place, to be put on newer consoles. Like w...

Re: Portable GC made from atari Lynx 2 does not look terribl
Battery life would never concern me with a system like this because I'd never use batteries. I never use them on my actual Atari Lynx 2 either. The bulk and size of portable systems like this means they are really just alternatives to hogging the TV. I play them in an armchair with the AC adaptor p...

Re: Pier Solar
Oddly they only have those rules for the 360, dropped it for the X1. You'd think they'd make it Micro-wide. Makes no sense why they didn't remove that policy they made for it [the Xbox 360]. Hmm, pictures were deleted it seems. I like the idea of it, like how Ducktales Remastered came out with a wo...

Re: Super Smash Bros. Discussion
Is that because you think there are too many Mario reps, lack of a potential unique moveset, or too late in the game to be announcing such a character? There's too many reps from the same franchise (that are duplicates). I'd just have a trio of Pokémon as one whole character, and call it a night. S...

Re: Portable GC made from atari Lynx 2 does not look terribl
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q63whKV6Pbs Usually these things look clunky and awful or have discs whizzing around on the back like an unprotected circular saw but this one actually looks quite nice. The Lynx 2 is a nice comfortable console to hold (unlike the original) so I can imagine this bein...

Re: Pier Solar
Yeah, I believe so; but I thought it was Microsoft-wide, rather than just the XB360...The Shoemaker wrote:And Xbox 360 has rules against self publishing or something like that doesn't it?
I haven't, but am looking forward to Pier Solar in the future. It definitely sounds cool. Has anyone played the 2010 original?

Re: Pier Solar
Wow. This is shocking. Not even Microsoft wanted to publish it themselves? I personally hope the game still comes to Wii U, PS4/PS Vita (if such things exist for the latter) and Dreamcast (I know you've already replied on that). It's still coming to PS3, PS4, Vita, Wii U, and Steam. It looks like i...

Re: Pier Solar
I just got another email update from the Pier Solar Kickstarter . They're currently in certification with some companies and not others. Apparently that's preventing them from setting a release date (I guess they want to set a date for simultaneous release on all platforms). That's probably a good ...

You had a tough choice picking a Club Nintendo elite status reward, right?Kreegs wrote:Never played this, but if it was this price in NA I would grab it.
