Re: Mini-NES
I'm considering jumping on this. The only problem I have is there's no hockey whatsoever, but a lot of other fantastic games. Despite having 10 less actual games than the Sega Genesis third party system series, this seems to be the best! At least with Nintendo they would put more quality control ov...

Re: Pokémon GO
Ever since I've turned off battery saver mode my game has worked almost flawlessly, from logging in, registering Pokemon, hatching eggs ect. This week my game maybe froze twice. The only issue I'm noticing once in a while is sometimes when I throw a ball it registers as a curveball throw, tossing t...

Re: Pokémon GO
I manage to get 2 to 3 dozen Pokémon today while eating in the food court in a shopping centre with my father.
There's a couple of Poké stops both constantly having lure modules attached to them (Probably store venders).
Plenty of Ekans & Ratata & I manage to evolved my main Ekans.

On that note: Can you still hook this up to ordinary TV's? I don't know all the specifics, but I'm pretty sure it only has a HDMI port. Considering it doesn't even come with a power adapter (must use USB) I'm thinking they went super minimal with this. If it only has HDMI this this adaptor here if ...

Re: Pokémon GO
Doesn't battery save mode limit your processing speeds? That would explain the freezing perhaps? (Aside from crazy busy servers) Well it dims the screen & replaced the map with the "Pokémon Go" logo when you hold the device upsidown. I have one of those portable phone charging cylinde...
Re: Mini-NES
Just checked on the Wii U eShop and it seems a lot of NES games are the US version. You can check it on the eShop site . Gives some hope for the mini NES getting these same 60Hz versions. They won't have a choice with some games. If they intend to give us Final Fantasy then their is no PAL version....
Re: Mini-NES
Seems a bit unusual that the system includes a USB cable to power it... which requires an AC adapter that isn't included. Using USB instead of say a 3DS power supply sort of implied that you can sync it up to a Wii U to install more games into it but unfortunately that isn't the case. Still it's a ...

Re: Pokémon GO
One of my main problems with the game so far is that once you initiate combat, there's no way to change your mind. You either have to catch the poker man, or close out the app to reboot to the main screen. There should be a flee/leave option. I've also had near-constant freezing every time I catch ...
