Team Fortress 2 is just incredible, so so much new content has been added to it since it's original release. This is how you support a multiplayer online game, this is how you release DLC/updates. This is how you handle micro-transactions and keep the userbase happy.
The 'Meet the X' videos were quality too.

Re: Top 32: 3/16 - Red Team vs. XCOM
Team Fortress 2 lost my interest early on with issues at launch that tainted my experience of the game since. I enjoyed the humor in the game, and have gone back to play it with friends several times, but I don't view it as a godsend to gaming like I see so many do. That being said, at the time it was released I was more of a console gamer and this may have colored my opinion as I started with the Orange Box.
XCOM: EU/EW is simply beautiful, and I don't mind that it's actually not just a remake of the original with pretty colors. So many moments of terror and nail-biting anxiety.

Played Team Fortress 2 for half an hour, meh.
Never played X-Com even though I want to at some point.

TF2 is one of the 4 fps games I've ever enjoyed (not counting portal series due being a puzzle series) versus a strategy game that I love....except that I love strategy games as a whole, making it stick out less.
Voting for tf2 as being an fps and me not loathing it is a feat by itself.

TF2 is a game I would like to love playing, but it just isn't the same as the TF experience I had in the past (Quake mod). This probably is caused by me not having enough time for it anymore.
XCOM is unknown for me, will have to investigate.
