This is the first of the series-based side-events. Every Final Fantasy game that was nominated is included, and yes, this also includes spin-offs that aren't "really" Final Fantasy games (like Seiken Densetsu, released in North America as Final Fantasy Adventure, and SaGa 3, released in the west as Final Fantasy Legend III)—if you don't like it, don't vote for them.
- There will be 2 rounds: 2 brackets of 7, followed by 1 final bracket of 8.
- Brackets are seeded randomly.
- You will be able to vote for three games in each poll.
- The top 4 games from each bracket will advance.
