Re: Hockey Thread! (NHL etc.)
I'm cool with whatever just thought I'd mention it considering the season is approaching fast. I'd be down assuming we have at least 4 people.

I'll play again. Hockey is nice.

If we have a handful of people (Slurm, me, Kreegs, Vic)—Slurmee, would you like to set something up for us?

On google docs or on a fantasy site? (I believe we can do points only on a fantasy site)

Hmm, up to you. I kind of hoped the sites would be flexible, but then again, there's a reason I never really preferred using them. They also don't really have the same rules we're used to.Slurmee wrote:On google docs or on a fantasy site? (I believe we can do points only on a fantasy site)
If I could figure out a way to make my sheet automatically pull data from a chart online, that would be righteous. Manually updating it can be a pain, especially if people don't really care.
I have an idea. What if we use my existing sheet, and I'll share editing access with everyone who's participating, and they can update their own rosters?

That'll work better I think. As no one can cheat as at the end of the year we can double check point totals.

Re: Hockey Thread! (NHL etc.)
I won't be participating this year. I didn't watch a single game - including playoffs and the finals - last season, and unless Toronto can pull something worth watching this year, it isn't going to change.
A one-team fan can only hold their interest so long when their team can't get their shit together for more than a decade.

We'll play you like Clay and just pick all the leftover Leafs when the rest of us are done choosing.VictorViper wrote:I won't be participating this year. I'm fine with updating our own stats.

If it's only the 3 of us and we decide to draft the same as last year we should add two fake teams. West Cosst and East Coast that drafts with us picking up the highest scoring players from each conference when it's there pick. That way we won't have hugely stacked teams. Also it'll be interesting to see which conference wins as well. Thoughts?
