Nice! What are the rules? Can we post digital/PSN games playable on Vita? PSOne Classics?

Aww, so the thread's over already? ;)

Playful fun. I'm optimistic for the Vita even if it sure is getting moving slowly (although I don't suppose it's going any more slowly than the 3DS did). I look forward to contributing to some ownership stats. Thanks for taking this on!

Jokes aside, you're not wrong though. The Vita is pretty much dead...in the west. Yoshida himself admitted this week that we won't see any big budget titles in the (near) future. They changed their view on it and now acknowledge the Vita as PS4's companion. The only support from Sony that we will get from now on will be PSNow related, Remote Play and (if we're lucky) PS2 ports.

Not all hope is lost however, since Japansese games continue to get localized at a decent pace and there are indies as well. A lot of them.

@KongWen (officially getting rid of JoYo now, aren't you): Everything is allowed. PS1, PSP, indies, mobile, minis, PS+ stuff and I guess I could throw in DLC as well.

Yeah, as you've hinted, that doesn't exactly equate to dead in the west. I don't want to derail this thread, but the Vita has kind of the reverse of the 3DS's problem. On 3DS, most of the good games come straight from Nintendo. The Vita doesn't have a lot of Sony support (because, frankly, they're not the best first-party developer), but Sony's strength has always been leveraging third parties, and the Vita is already shaping up to be a really nice platform for certain genres (some niche, some not-so-niche) and indies.

Oh good! I have a meeting until after lunch, but then I'll get a-postin'. :)

Forgot to mention! Unless you specifically mention that a Vita game is a digital download, I will assume it's a physical copy.

Yeah, I should have used quotation marks there. It's dead when support in its entirety stops of course and according to Mr. Koller that won't happen until 2022:
Sony is committed to spending a long time and a lot of money to make Vita a success though. SCEA’s John Koller said that his company is planning to support PS Vita for ten years, the same span it promised to support PlayStation 3. “We’re in year one, so we’ll be supporting for some time,” said Koller, “[Vita] does have its own 10-year life cycle. All of our platforms do. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. We expect long-term success from all our platforms.”

It's an old interview, but it will be interesting to see if they can keep this promise. Yoshida's statement is already in conflict with Koller's words so I doubt it.

I technically own some other PS1 games on PSN, but I've never downloaded them to my Vita, and I intend to play them on my PS3, so I'll leave them off this list.
