All three fully evolved are so meh. Rowlet is awesome though. I love owls and is super cute.

All decent honestly, even though Popplio got mega hate when it was first revealed. Rowlet is the easy pick though.

Taking these based solely on the merits of their initial starting form, I have to give Litten some credit for being cute and for having an amazing name. That said, Rowlet is an owl, and it's round. That's an OP combination.
