Meteos is the clear winner here for me. Loved that game. Vice City is one of the few GTAs I really got into and was my intro to the series. Daytona gets a vote for its main theme alone.
I split big votes between the excellent Vice City (even though I think I honestly preferred vanilla GTA 3), and the excellent and difficult Slitherlink. Part of the difficulty was that it was in Japanese, but it did hook me into the puzzlesystem enough that I also bought a version on Vita as well.

I voted for only Meteos here. For someone who doesn't like games like that as a rule, I loved this one. It's easy to play cheaply if you choose to, but that doesn't make it a bad game...
