Top 2048 — Week 7 — Poll 7

Post by This Old Neon »

Welcome to the #BGE2020 Elimination Round!

The previous micro-round was solely to put the lowest-ranked games against each other and weed out enough games to come up with a nice even 2048 for bracketing purposes. And here we are.

This is the top 2048!

Each game is seeded based on its performance in the two opening rounds of pools. Half of these games will advance to the Top 1024, and the other half will be demoted to the losers' bracket, where they'll fight for survival and a chance at redemption.

HOW TO VOTE

This is easy. You only get one vote per poll. The game with the most votes wins. In the event of a tie, the higher seed advances. Check back every week, because with the stakes this high, you're not going to want to miss a vote!

I don't understand the Duck Hunt love. But that's okay... Am abstaining just because I'm not sure what that other game is.
I never thought I would feel this way, but now I know. Now I know. I never thought I would see things as I see them now, but now I know. I never thought I would hurt so bad, but now I know. Now I know.

Duck Hunt was a nice execution on a simple concept. I remember setting up mirrors around the room to do trick shots. It's a cute relic of a simpler time when video game consoles existed to try to bring arcades into the home. What promise it had.

It's really just matched up against a less-known and less-important game here.
