Anyone want to predict the standings for this year?

• West
• Chicago (1st Division)
• Anaheim (1st Division)
• Dallas (2nd Division)
• St. Louis (3rd Division)
• Los Angeles (2nd Division)
• Minnesota (Wild Card)
• San Jose (3rd Division)
• Colorado (Wild Card)
• Nashville (Out)
• Winnipeg (Out)
• Phoenix (Out)
• Vancouver (Out)
• Edmonton (Out)
• Calgary (Out)

Central Division will dominate and it will be close. Both Wild cards from Central. Dallas Dominate with Benn, Seguin and Nichushkin line sky rocketing.

Colorado wont do as good but will make the playoffs.

Buffalo crash and burn and easily get last place. Tampa and Boston dominate the league and have a great battle for 1st. Columbus wont make playoffs without Johansson but will if he stays. Islanders will surprise everyone with Grabovski stepping up and finding his groove. Halak being solid in net. Kulemin helping out with depth and Okposo and Tavares will tear it up together.

Just a heads up for those of you that like hockey jerseys - I tend to find the best deals on Amazon for the teams that finished in the bottom 2 or 3 last season. I think I got a Sabres jersey last year for like 50 US and an Islanders a few years ago for about the same price. That sure beats full retail!

I don't really have a reason behind it. Just like to see them come 9th haha. If Columbus and Washington and Islanders improve like I think they will though they could make the playoffs and that means a whole bunch of teams that made the playoffs this year can' make it.

It'll have to be a wild card spot. I don't see Columbus improving. Washington and NYI improving are both still maybes in my book.

Will the east be noticeably weaker than the west again this year? I say yes.

I think Vancouver will squeak by into the playoffs since Torts and Gillis is no longer around, and we got better management I think. We'll see for real though.

I don't want to see only Montreal make the playoffs again...

Also Carolina look to be McDavid contenders now with Jordan Staal breaking his leg.
