Welcome to the #BGE2020 Elimination Round of 256!
Each game is seeded based on its performance in the two opening rounds of pools. Every game in the Upper Bracket has defeated multiple other games in 1-on-1 polls to get to this point. These are still the best of the best.
Polls are updated weekly, typically on Sunday or Monday. Check back throughout the week to make sure you don't miss a vote!
HOW TO VOTE
This is easy. You only get one vote per poll. The game with the most votes wins. In the event of a tie, the higher seed advances, so don't get complacent!

Could never get into the mass effect series. Sonic 2 is one of the best sonic games.

Re: Top 256 — Week 3 — Poll 3
I've soured somewhat on ME2 over the years, because it marks the series' transition from focused on sci-fi, exposition and thoughtful discovery to a more shooty, character-focused game. It's not bad, but it took an interesting premise and stretched it further and further to focus more on Earth, more on humanity, more on Shepard personally and less on the interesting universe ME1 created. (or, you could say, ME2 took a Star Trek game and made it a Star Wars series). ME2 seems to be a clear favorite for many, since ME1's combat is janky and its exposition can be clunky while ME3 has major disappointments of its own.
While ME2 still a good game, it felt like a different series clothed in the trappings of ME1. Kind of like Fallout 2 -> Fallout 3, although less jarring.
