Welcome to the #BGE2020 Elimination Round Lower Bracket!
Each game in the lower bracket is still seeded based on its performance in the two opening rounds of pools! Every game in the lower bracket has already been defeated by another game in a 1-on-1 poll to get to this point. This is their chance to claw their way back into the main event... but the stakes are high. The games that lose in these polls are out of the tournament for good! The games that survive will face the next crop of upper bracket losers in the next round.
Polls are updated weekly, typically on Monday. Check back throughout the week to make sure you don't miss a vote!
HOW TO VOTE
This is easy. You only get one vote per poll. The game with the most votes wins. In the event of a tie, the higher seed advances, so don't get complacent!

Re: BOTTOM 320 — Week 4 — Poll 4
Another easy vote. Damn, the easiest votes in this week's batch have both been against shambling husks of DKC games. I wonder if that's just a coincidence.
Anyway, X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter continues the tradition of the previous two games in the series of featuring fucking amazing space dogfighting, and bringing it to multiplayer PvP! It's a rare example of a time when players played their fave games and thought "holy shit, imagine how amazing it would be to play this game but against other actual players!" AND THEN THE DEVS MADE IT HAPPEN. One of the things I love about the X-Wing/TIE Fighter series is that the technological limitations of the era (graphics, etc.) don't hinder these games at all, in fact I think they help focus them. Rather than overwhelm you with the infinity of space in all directions, you have your wireframe cockpit, your shields, your controls, and your enemies. The only way in which this game's technical limitations actually limited it was in the execution of the online connection.
