Each game is seeded based on its performance in the two opening rounds of pools. Every game in the Upper Bracket has defeated multiple other games in 1-on-1 polls to get to this point. These are still the best of the best.
Polls are updated weekly, typically on Monday. Check back throughout the week to make sure you don't miss a vote!
HOW TO VOTE
This is easy. You only get one vote per poll. The game with the most votes wins. In the event of a tie, the higher seed advances, so don't get complacent!
Despite my love for DQVIII (and my love for DQ games in general), I’ve got to give props to Fusion for being the best Metroid game out there.

Metroid Fusion is great. And somehow underrated maybe? Like it's so good. I think I still prefer the overall feeling of isolation and exploration in Super Metroid. That said, DQ8 is so cute and charming and really represented a leap forward for the series. Kind of the same leap that FF got with FFX or FF12. The world just feels big and filled with potential. I have to think about this one some more...
