Still listening to Sparks. Started a free 6 months Apple Music subscription to listen to their albums. The older ones are really good. Listening today I heard two promos from Peter Cook:

Still enjoying the free period of Apple Music by listening to all Bowie albums available (even Peter and the Wolf where he doesn't sing).

Right now I'm watching a video of the Ayreon concert I've been to (twice) last september:

I just got my hands on [two copies of] Dust Bolt's latest album, "Sound and Fury." Awesome title and awesome tracks. They are an egregiously underappreciated band I was blessed to stumble across once as they opened at a concert I attended years ago. They are the proving grounds of the mad overlord of metal, basically. I will be listening to this album quite a bit before I put it away for later.

Here's the title track:

Got a synthesizer playlist on yuotube I'm shuffling now. Currently playing Paranoimia played by Ed Starink. Best listened to with headphones.

I’ve been spending some time with Ministry’s latest album and enjoying the heck out of it. The first track is below. This is one of my top three favorite bands so it’s always a treat when new material comes out.

Dunno why the link isn’t working but here’s another

Just grabbed Tribulation's latest album and wow it is pretty incredible. This will likely be the last new music I get for 2024, but wanted to give them props. They've evolved and changed a lot over the years as a band and as musicians. I'm proud of them :) Almost as if I contributed in some way other than buying their stuff, but I like to see bands change over time and they certainly have.

Here's Tainted Skies.
