Do they injuries seem unusually high this season so far??

They have to me, but maybe it's just because we're paying more attention. Or, most of the big injuries happened later in the season last year.

Half of my players are injured right now; a different type of injury... putting up zeroes in multiple games.

As in real injuries, nine games away from a sub!

Big game for Pittsburgh over Buffalo. First five scoring plays were all assists by Crosby; Letang and Hornqvist also were fantastic!

That 70s' line snapped their point drought tonight. First two LA scoring plays had Gaborik and Muzzin each scoring their first goal of this season. Things not looking good for "Old Vancouver".

Crosby hoisted Slurm several points over the rest of us tonight. He's now ahead of 2nd place by 11 points. The rest of us pretty much kept pace with each other, with Han six points behind me, Vic five points behind him, etc.

Of note, Voracek and Seguin are maintaining their torrid production as well. Seguin had three goals tonight, and Voracek is hot on Crosby's heels. It'll be an interesting season if these guys all stay healthy.

How is this going to work with subs? When we put in a guy, do we inherit the points he has built up and trade then for the person we sit?

Or does it start from ground zero with the new person we put in?

It's a full replacement. The new guy's total points count towards your total, and the old guy's points no longer count at all.

Last night was a big one. I only picked up one point on the night, but Vic gained 13 points (!!!) to charge up into second place. Slurm has a pretty comfortable 15-point lead on the rest of us, but after a night like that for Vic, anything is possible.
