Got Toon Link today.

I'm up to 13 amiibo. I try to give them amusing names ingame. Mostly references to other things or bad puns.

Diddy is pretty easy to find here. Pit is the only amiibo from the first two waves I haven't even seen firsthand. Right now, I'm looking for Toon Link. Got Bowser and Rosalina from Wave 3. I have an interest in almost everyone from the third wave.

Diddy has been elusive around here. One on launch day and then nothing. Finally found one after nearly two months and now I start seeing him everywhere.

I also got Toon Link today, and I saw a bunch of Sheik's in store so I pick up one of those as well, and I got a Pikachu last week.

I think these are colors from within Smash Bros. But I could be mistaken.

So far I've only got 3 amiibo's: I've added Pit and Toon Link to my 'collection' (was only Samus first). Haven't given them special names in Smash, but maybe I will at some point. Pit didn't give me a costume in MK8, hope he will add something to another game that I (will) own.

Ike? Ahhh so lucky! EB Games aren't getting any Ike's in store so I'm not sure what I'm doing yet. My Mega Man doesn't have a release date yet either.
I'm waiting for a sale like "4 Amiibos for $40" or something before I pick up Donkey Kong, Bowser, Diddy Kong and whoever else I might like.

Ah yes that would make more sense! I forgot the actual functionality of the Amiibo's :p

I'm really hoping when the second DLC pack comes out they update Mario Kart to support some more Amiibos from waves 3 and 4.

Yeah. Within the Smash game. I'm not talented enough to customize the figures.

Toon Link works the same as Link in Mario Kart, so I have the Link costume now!

Amiibo hunting is serious business. I either have ordered, preordered, or have in my possession every amiibo except for Meta Knight, Pit, Marth, Greninja, and Jigglypuff. (And the Mario line, but I'm not bothering with different models of characters I already have. So, I have a Toad.)

Anyone else actually getting into the hunt?

My two latest Amiibo's were Toad and the Super Mario edition Bowser, which looks to be a much better model. I wasn't really interested in any of the wave 4 amiibo's, other than Olimar who is long off. I'd definitely pick some of them up if I ever see them in store, but wasn't bothered to pre-order.
