My final haul ended up being mostly smaller, cheaper games, with BG2 and the Shadowrun updates being the beefiest acquisitions. Here's the full list:

Actual Sunlight
Awesomenauts
Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Banished
(gift)
BattleBlock Theater
The Blackwell Legacy
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
(gift)
Dust: An Elysian Tail
Escape Goat
Gunman Clive
Kairo
Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death
One Way Heroics
Oozi: Earth Adventure
ORION: Dino Horde
Paper Sorcerer
QuestRun
(gift)
Risk of Rain
Shadowrun Returns
upgrade to Deluxe
Shadowrun Returns: Dragonfall
Sid Meier's Ace Patrol Bundle
Space Hulk
Super Amazing Wagon Adventure
Syberia
Bundle

I like sharing lists of stuff like this, especially while the sale is still active, because it's possible that something you post will pique interest in someone else and give them a nudge to go check it out. :)

At first I thought it was going to be a quiet sale for me.

Adventures of Shuggy
PACMAN DX All You Can Eat Edition (I owned the basegame, but rebought for DLC)
Skyrim: Legendary (for the mods)
Doorways
Kairo
Ether One
Super Splatters
Savant-Ascent
No Time to Explain
Shadow Warrior: Special Edition (I should have owned this a long time ago)
Nidhogg
Battleblock Theater
Betrayer
Slender
Super House of Dead Ninjas + DLC
One Way Heroics
Risk of Rain
Bit.Trip.Flux

Gifts to people:
Marlow Briggs (3 copies)
Volgarr the Viking (Official 2013 GOTY)
Nimbus
One Finger Death Punch
Defy Gravity
Call of Juarez Gunslinger (Winner of most surprisingly good FPS of 2013 award)
Brothers a Tale of Two Sons

Important Market Transactions
Market Sales: +12.38 (The Gods of Foil blessed me)
Market Spending: -0.62 (All in the form of Rasheed emoticons of which I'm an avid collector) Image

The Damage: $85.68

Not a bad gig.

I entered the Steam sale with the intent to purchase Wolfenstein: The New Order if it went on sale. It did, and I did.

I also bought...
Pac-Man Championship Edition DX+ All You Can Eat Edition
Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death
Papers, Please
Bulletstorm
Dragon's Lair

Overall not too bad. I've actually gone quite some time without spending a great deal during a Steam sale, so it was refreshing to see several things I wanted on sale (especially Wolfenstein half off only a little over a month after its release).

Missed the boat to recommend any of these games while they're still on sale, but I've had a chance to play everything but Papers, Please, and I'm pleased with what I've played of everything so far.

I was particularly impressed by Marlow Briggs, which spent the duration of the sale at a measly dollar (after selling trading cards, I got it for something like $0.34). It's a delightful B-moviesque beat 'em up with pretty clear God of War inspiration. It's not treading any new ground, but for a buck, it's got surprisingly good production values, action, and humor. I recommend it even at its normal resting price of $5.

Pac-Man CEDX+ is also great, but I assume that's common knowledge at this point.
