One reason I like Vegas is because it's cheapish no matter where you're coming from. Destination city and all that. Plus there's lots to do.

Absolutely. Vegas is usually insanely cheap compared even to a domestic flight home (pricey!). I suppose the only potential issue is the higher age of majority, though, come to think of it, do we have anyone likely to join who's under 21? Actually, that's probably a non-issue since I think more places are minor-friendly than not.

We could have some folks under 21, but we don't have to spend all our time in adult venues regardless of whether we go to Vegas or any other place.

Vegas is relatively cheap to get to and to stay in, on the assumption you'll be spending your money elsewhere. And it does in fact have some great attractions. But it is hot as fucking hell, so I'm not sure I'd want to be visiting there during the summer. Not that I'm so sure I'm interested in attending to begin with, so take my concerns with a grain of salt.

Flights to Vegas are in the order of €1300. Don't know if I ever felt like participating but this alone is a convincing argument.
