Rainmaker mode coming sometime this week for all regions.
It looks like the goal is the grab the rainmaker and make it to the goal in the enemy base. When you have the rainmaker though you're only able to shoot what seems to be like big inkzooka shots. Looks like this one will rely on your team mates more than ever, as you'll need them to take out the enemies around you and paint a path for you to the goal.

Also, we seem to be spamming the chat with Splatoon talk. I vote that we organize a Skype to chat there. You can find me on Skype when I am playing at Krueg300
This might even work well for playing on Fridays, as it would give us the option to voice chat if we wanted. Thoughts? Is there a better site to do this on?

I would think skype would be the easiest, and likely that more people already have an account. definitely important if we play squads!

The "option to voice chat"? I figured that would be the main reason for using Skype. Especially in a team-based shooter. It's not 1995 anymore. Anyway, I'm not trying to chase y'all out of the main chat! I just find it surprising that this game doesn't give players functionality to be able to communicate at all in-game.
