After just getting used to my newly acquired Wii U and really enjoying Mario Kart 8, I would like to sign up. Weekends are no problem for me, however may be an issue if it runs over 00:00 time for me into Monday, as I need sleep for the working week. Hope I am not being awkward.

How do people feel if I change the date of the TONe races to Wednesday?

Most North Americans suggest a weeknight is better, and I think limiting it to one night could actually make it easier for people to square it into their schedules. I just need to fiddle with the times to make sure people playing in different areas can comfortably race within their own time zones.

I can make it start at 3 p.m. EDT or so (which is 8 p.m. GMT) to accommodate our European players. Or is that too late for you, Merlin and slangman? That way Europeans could race right when the tournament starts, and then the North Americans can race a bit later in the evening (later enough that Slurmison can probably get in when he wakes up).

If TONe races do end up getting moved to Wednesdays, I would not be able to start right away at 8PM as I have Gym sessions scheduled at that exact time for Wednesdays. Don't mind joining in at later times during the day if thats possible though. I can still squeeze time in at around 9:30PM-00:00 AM.
