According to some translated Twitter gossip, Konami has stopped development of Suikoden. It's unclear whether that means there was some unannounced project they were working on, or whether they've simply put the series on ice.

EDIT: Here's some more context re: Konami in general. Sounds like the studio's going through a slightly dysfunctional phase.
