I'm confused on how the voting worked.

I thought we all have a weighted vote of 1. and if I spread it around 10 games it'd be 0.1 so unless someone else nominated it it would then be in the first round as it under 1?

Or am I completely misunderstanding this.

You're completely misunderstanding. If games with 0.1 were in the first round, almost every single game in the contest would be in the first round. 100 polls!

Round One features all of the games that received a total nomination weight of 1 or lower (so if someone nominated 100 games, any game that no one else also nominated would end up here).

1 or lower, so 0.1 would end up in 1st round or not? How's the weight calculated otherwise?

Multiplied everything by 100 so I wouldn't have to work with nothing but decimals. Otherwise every single game would be in the first round.

Yeah, I didn't fully explain all the spreadsheet math I was doing since it's not totally relevant to the end result, though I did clarify that the entry score threshold for games in this round: "so if someone nominated 100 games, any game that no one else also nominated would end up here"

Nominate 10 games = 0.1 points for each game * 100 = 10 final seed/weight (makes it easier to sort & manipulate and also talk about).
