In one case all games were eliminated, in another case where 2 out of 3 games were tied, a tie breaking tie breaker was made to settle the score.

We can't just wipe all games in the Top 128 or there won't be enough games in the brackets.

We could extend the tie-breaker until someone breaks it, but that's boring. It's more likely that we'd just take the highest-seeded game.
