I'm shocked to see Ocarina of Time thrown out this early. It's a solid game, not sure how much it deserves to be in the Top 32, but I thought for sure it would make it to the next round from its predigree alone.

Not sure if the attitude has been brought over here but I remember a strong group of people that thought Oots was meh from VC-forum back in 2010

If the poll had other games in it, I might have voted OoT. But of these games, I've played Doom a lot (and occassionaly still do) and played Half Life more than OoT. I have no access to the Castlevania game, so couldn't give it a vote this round.

I'm surprised but not necessarily shocked. Chrono Trigger, a better game than OoT, was also ousted in this round, and Final Fantasy VII—often named alongside OoT as one of those undisputed heavyweights across platforms—didn't make it out of the Top 128.
