Winter Olympics 2018
Re: Winter Olympics 2018
I am very satisfied. I use the NBC sports app and stream it to my tv via chromecast. I can watch any live event and full replays of any event.
I intend to live forever, or die trying

Re: Winter Olympics 2018
Compared to the Australian Open (Tennis) which was on the same channel we had 2 channels (1 HD 1 SD) for the first week (as there's not many games week 2) with the HD channel going to news from 6pm-7pm (and that footage going to another channel for an hour SD) then going back to the tennis straight away. They'd always be showing live coverage on both channels minus advertisement and the 10-15 minute hype up to any big game nonetheless it was way way better and I just don't understand why they can't show the same love for the olympics. I don't remember Rio being this bad.

I know NBC only does prime time usually, but what about the sports focused channels (ESPN, NBCSN, etc.)

CBC has a VR app for anyone who has Cardboard or another one of those phone-VR things. I wouldn't mind trying it but I'd have to build my own.
