Re: Nintendo eShop Deals & Sales
Still wonder why they don't put a permanent price drop on Aqua Moto Racing 3D, it's almost been on sale most of the time...

Re: Nintendo eShop Deals & Sales
The "Veteran Fighters" sale is a bit disappointing, compared to the ones last week. Fire Emblem GBA is a lovely surprise though, and well worth the €4.89 / £4.40, as copies on EBay are becoming expensive. Already have the original GBA version, but might pick up the Wii U VC version.
Will also pick up the Kirby games as well, except from Kirby's Adventure on Wii U. Nintendo should be paying PAL users EShop credit for those who download their 50Hz squash fests on Wii U, not the otherway around.

Re: Nintendo eShop Deals & Sales
So I guess North America doesn't get to celebrate Smash Bros characters?
Didn't you guys get some other VC sales for a couple weeks as well?
EDIT: I was thinking about getting Etrian Odyssey Untold, I tried the demo last night. I'm not sure on it though. I really liked EOIV for a bit but gave up on it after 20 hours and I'm afraid this one might be a downgrade being a remake and all.

Re: Nintendo eShop Deals & Sales
It's more of a sidegrade, dumping old systems for completely different ones, that work just as well for what it is. Plus it's actually more userfriendly, IMO. It's also got cutscenes and premade characters if you want it, but still has a classic mode for those who don't.

We'll probably have to wait until the Christmas season (if we're lucky this time around, after what happened last year with the eShop down). The Shoemaker wrote:So I guess North America doesn't get to celebrate Smash Bros characters?

I think it was just the NES Remix content that was on sale, regarding VC, but not entirely sure.
Disney Infinity is free in the eShop, but I don't know if there's a way to only buy the base...

I noticed that as well, does the game not function at all without the base? I think the only way to get it is eBay, or if you already owned one.kitroplious wrote:We'll probably have to wait until the Christmas season (if we're lucky this time around, after what happened last year with the eShop down). The Shoemaker wrote:So I guess North America doesn't get to celebrate Smash Bros characters?
