Rolled again. All crap (wrys/barst/the usual crowd) except a 4* Nino. That's never crap as eventually I will be looking to +x my main one. Now if I can get 40,000 feathers I'll be able to get +2.
I'm training up Ursula for next week. I might even pass on some skills to her.
I kind of want to keep at least one copy of each character myself, but in a situation where I really want a skill I'm not afraid of sacrificing something. I did think twice about sacrificing 5* Abel, but I ultimately went through with it because I hardly use him anyways.

I've moved a couple skills around (fed my only Lon'qu to Takumi for Vantage 3, which is worth it). I was going to maybe 5-star Anna and use her as my bonus character in next week's arena, but I don't think I'd have her back to 40 in time. Anna, Effie, Takumi, and either Lucina/Olivia would make a good combo.
There's going to be a special "early bird" crack at the Michalis Grand Hero Battle tomorrow morning, I think between 8:15 and 9:00 Atlantic time. The Twitter feed seems to imply if you get them during the early bird, you can get them again when the actual GHB starts on the weekend. That would be nuts. I'm hoping I already have a stable that can take care of it, because there won't be much time to train up the roster.
EDIT: I don't read Japanese, but apparently if 50k people beat it during the 45-minute early bird window, we all get 5000 feathers. If 5k people beat the lunatic version, we all get 5 orbs.
EDIT: There's also a Twitter quiz campaign running that'll see us earn 10 orbs and another 5000 feathers if all the questions are answered correctly (and since we share a server with Japan, they
will be answered correctly).

So if you're really hardcore about combining your 5*s or moving someone up to 5* just to poach elite skills off them, that's 10k feathers coming by 7 April, and you'll get another 5000-7500 from arena during that span anyway.

The community met these goals during this morning's early-bird Michalis battle, which means we're all getting 10 Stamina Potions, 10 Orbs, and 5000 Hero Feathers! (In addition to two bonus Michalises and his two bonus Iote's Shields.)

I HELPED!
I found Lunatic Michalis much easier than Lunatic Ursula was. Michalis took me two tries. The first try I messed up because the AI moved in a different way than it moved on hard mode, confusing me.
I found that with Selena and Azura I was able to get away with a lot of cheesy bullshit.

:high-five emoji:
I helped too! I actually had the opposite experience of you. I went in blind, brought Effie up the right side, beat hard mode just fine, but immediately realized my loadout wouldn't work on lunatic mode. So I changed it up, and Takumi & Olivia did a bunch of work on the minions while Lucina and Tharja tag-teamed Michalis. Tharja wasn't even really necessary. The hardest guy ended up being the last infantry lancer—I had to kite him around the map just to get into a good double-Takumi position on him.
Will be interesting to see if we're able to get more copies of him this weekend. I think we should. The early bird gets the worm!
I've run into some really mean Selenas in the arena and training tower! What skills do you have on her? I'm considering summoning for her this weekend. She seems very durable.

This except with seal defense 3 now.
The arena is absolutely brutal this week. I think last week may be THE last week I get a perfect advanced arena run. The teams are just incredibly hard to deal with due to inheritance. People are also putting 3 ranged units on their defense teams.
I'm kind of frosty because last week I did a perfect advanced arena run, but because Jagen's stats suck I was still in the 10,000-30,000 tier rather than 5,000 to 10,000. My arena score was like 10,376. I guess it's just 500 feathers, but that's annoying. From here on out if I can score above 4k, I'm happy. I'm not gonna go tryhard with the dueling swords anymore.

Yeah, you're telling me. I went on a good run of 4 wins with no deaths against 650+ teams, thought I was in the zone, then ran into a team with a skilled-up Hector and Takumi that just collapsed me. I'll be lucky to get over 4000. Anna is a good bonus hero, but I need to get her Fury 3 to make her reliably one-round certain characters.
New arena matchmaking coming in April
may alleviate some of this. Maybe.

I agree with you about adding diversity. Extremely unique units like a dragon flier, armored bow, or armored with better movement would be pretty neat as long as there were legit counters to those units so it didn't become a "must have unit or you're toast bye" kind of situation. Dancers are the closest thing to a unique must-have, but at least they gave away two free ones through special battles.
I'm setting up a page in my sheet to filter through unique values based on the characters that are currently available to players (so not counting Xander, Camus, etc.).

26 Red Swords currently available to players: 1 Armored, 4 Cavalry, 2 Flying, 19 Infantry (~10 of the Infantry Lords, depending on who you consider Lords)
18 Blue Lances currently available to players: 2 Armored, 4 Cavalry, 7 Flying, 5 Infantry
16 Green Axes currently available to players: 2 Armored, 2 Cavalry, 6 Flying, 6 Infantry
None of this counts characters who are in the game as enemies and haven't been made available to players yet (e.g. through Grand Hero Battles) or new characters being added in Summon Focus promotions (obviously).
A new update was released this morning, meaning there may be some new data-mined information.
