October Gaming - Be Very Afraid

I beat Blair Witch! That was a heck of a game. Would be a really good fit for VR (I think I read they released a VR update for it or that they’re going to). Great game.

I downloaded Resident Evil 7, so I’ll continue that as my nerve allows.

Also still playing Dead Island even though it’s not scary. Because zombies!!!!

I've got RE4 Wii disc ready to play on Wii U .. tried it a while ago and got run over by a rock. But I'm going to give it another go again, so I probably will be joining in this October Gaming event.

Haven't gone back to this game yet, but with Metroid Dread arriving in a few days I think that will be my october game. Just hope it wil arrive on friday.

I’m up to Act III in Dead Island (of four if I recall correctly). I haven’t continued in RE7 yet.

I beat Dead Island! Although I’ve downloaded Dead Island: Riptide, which I’ve never played before, I’m still playing the first one....I guess I’m not done with it. Am still having fun. No RE7 play yet....

Been playing Maximo 2 on stream and having a fun time doing it! Will likely continue that this week. Hoping to finish it up in the first half of the month to open up the rest for something else.

I've been continuing apace with Hades! Got a few more runs in, getting decent with the spear, and getting some decent luck (which is important in this RNG game). Still just having fun hitting stuff and talking to people. Everything about this game enjoys strong design.

Apparently Dead Island has taken over my October and am enjoying it. I’m well on my way to platinum.

I joined a group that included all four characters and did a bunch of missions and unlocked most of the online trophies in that one session. I don’t know what language they were speaking but we made a good team. I thanked them before I left hoping they understood. That was awesome.

Eight trophies left.

What a great experience! That sounds fun.

I've been continuing my Hades runs (off-stream, for now), and I got the farthest I've ever gotten, beating the Elysian bosses and then getting killed by the next big important named character... That was with a funny build with the self-healing Stygian Blade and tons of Bacchal fog stacked on my cast, so I would keep lobbing that at crowds of enemies then move in to button mash and stay at full health.

I'm going to try runs with the different weapons now to unlock more blood and diamonds.
