200cc is going to be ridiculous. Like Merlin hinted, it's definitely going to require some different course strategies. I'm looking forward to trying the ExciteBike track on 200cc. :)

We gotta do 200cc for our tourny's, it might even knock Kreegs off his game with how fast it is ;)

And Merlin they only showed one track for the upcoming DLC. Like the Excite Bike stage, it changes every time you play it, but it this case it's just a visual change each time.

The Animal Crossing track itself looks really cute. Resetti as a Monty Mole replacement is great.

I'll be able to use the Mega Man, Toad and Bowser costumes.

Im worried that it will be too fast. The video shows karts skipping large chunks of the course with jumps and boots. I would like it more if it was designed for 200, but this game is designed for 150. Its like when Disneyworld took iut the slow people mover and replaced it with Rocket Rods. Same track with faster vehicles caused it to break after half a year!

I think it looks great. This video is a good comparison, makes Dolphin Shoals actually look fun!

Notice at the end of the lap how long they're using the glider. I think 200cc is going to make the glider a lot more useful for by-passing sections of the course, essentially making new shortcuts. Now imagine using mushrooms too!

I think this puts some good life into the game, really changes your approach for each course.

I totally agree Shoe! I just wonder if I will prefer 200 to 150!! Did my point make sense though? At what point is it too fast for the tracks on the game?

I will just have to practice more! Might be tricky to get a new main path to do on every track. Im so used to my current path!!!

No I do understand, I definitely think that some of the alternate paths we see in different levels won't be as useful now that we can speed down the middle of a track. Not to mention paths that require precise turning will be much harder to pull off.

The shortcut one-jump all the way past the finish line? LOL. That looks insane.
