I finished Harlan Ellison's "Shatterday." Wow - just wow. That's got to be one of the best Ellison works I've read so far. Can't believe it took me forty-three years to get to it. When he's in the zone he is so so good.

I’m still reading some Gai-Jin, The Godfather, and Portrait of a Lady.

1. Shogun by James Clavell
2. The Spider's War by Daniel Abraham
3. Tai-Pan by James Clavell
4. The Last Druid by Terry Brooks
5. Shatterday by Harlan Ellison

I finally finished The Godfather by Mario Puzo. It was a very enjoyable book. I liked it even more than I expected to. I think I'll read Jeb Bush's Immigration Wars next on my Kindle.

I'm still reading Gai-Jin and, very rarely, Portrait of a Lady.

1. Shogun by James Clavell
2. The Spider's War by Daniel Abraham
3. Tai-Pan by James Clavell
4. The Last Druid by Terry Brooks
5. Shatterday by Harlan Ellison
6. The Godfather by Mario Puzo

I knocked out another Boss Fight book in FFV. Wow - it was really really good. Makes me want to play FFV again but I think I just need to get back into FFVI and continue my journey there. FFV is a great game, though, and the book is pretty damn good too.

I think my next Boss Fight will be Silent Hill 2. Am still chipping away at Noble House and Left Hand of Darkness and Portrait of a Lady. Good times.
