My vote is for friends/computers.

Even if there are only 5-6 of us, that should be pretty fun. I wish it had voice/mic support.

Kreegs, me, Forks, his roomie, Slurm, maybe Kit if he can make it. We'll see who else is on Miiverse, too.

It does have mic support, but only when we are in the lobby.

Starts Fri. at 5 p.m. (presumably my time—ADT) and runs through Sun. at 11:30 p.m. each week!
Be sure to hop on MK8 each weekend and do your best to compete in the TONe standings!

If anyone else wants to play July 9th, I will probably be online around 7pm Central time again.

Umm the tournaments kinda need to be a lot shorter in time as tournaments with only a handful of people suck + you don't get as many points.

Aka if there's only 3 racers 1st gets 4 points 2nd gets 2 and 3rd gets 1. So after 8 racers the most point you can get is 32.

Where as if there's 10-12~ racer 1st gets 15 points and 6th-8th ish get 4 points.

So If I raced when there were 12 racers and came 5th everytime I'd scorer better then a person who raced in a group with 3 racers or even 4 and came 1st everytime.

So I think we should have more of a set time to play for the tournament otherwise it'll just be weird.

MK8 tournaments aren't games you generally play together. They're different from the online versus matches like the ones we were playing last night. Each person can log in any time they want while the tournament is open and get their 8 races in and the game keeps track of their points.

There will always be 12 racers in each race.
