Donut County down, which completes my PS4 resolution and helps me come very close on my Platinum resolution. Looks like it should be 5 beats for 5 plats, but Monster Hunter is a killer grind!

Another platinum trophy earned, another goal down. I have to work on Switch and one PC game before the end of the year. I have a couple ideas.

That'll do it for the new series resolution. I think beating an FF game was, on its own, also a resolution of mine a number of years ago, so I can finally mark that one off as well.

Failed a lot most glaring was the Purchase max 3 videos games. Failed my added goal of beat twice as many games as I buy but the original beat more games than I buy was completed. Was solid with my beat 26 games this year goal and was so close to 50. Took a chunk out of my Steam Library and beat 5+ games every quarter. The PS+ goal was a fail but it was also awkward to judge as I stopped paying for PS+ and caring for most of the games. All in all pretty happy with my performance wish I hadn't bought so many games that I now don't plan on playing anytime soon.

These are the only ones I didn't quite clear this year.

The Switch one was remarkably close, as I did put a lot of time into Let's Go, Pikachu! over the holidays, and I could have finished off Dynasty Warriors: Fire Emblem at any time. I'll put them over to 2019.

The only games I played on PC all year were tests for IGF judging—I did really, really enjoy Dicey Dungeons, but it was a pre-release version.

I made the mistake of putting all my SNES Classic time into Romance of the Three Kingdoms II, which is an immense strategy game that I enjoy most playing in short sessions of an evening, so I didn't get any quick clears on that front either.

We'll see how my 2019 goals shape up. This was a fun year overall!

So, once again I never posted any official resolutions, but I always had a few in mind

Between God of War, Kingdom Hearts, Until Dawn, Monster Hunter Generations and Assassin's Creed Odyssey it was a pretty goof year for my PS4 in 2018.

Play games that weren't released in 2018:

Got to experience a good amount of older titles, some years old, others years old. DOOM 2016 was great, Crash Bandicoot trilogy was fun, played ALTTP again, along with a few notable indies like Super Meat Boy, VVVVVV, Golf Story, ect.
