I just bought Prince’s Emancipation on iTunes. An incredible album from 1996 I’ve always loved and felt was near perfect. Well not ‘always’ but since 1996 anyway. This is despite its lengthiness weighing in at about three hours.

Emancipation is not yet on vinyl but when it comes it’ll be a day one purchase for me.

Listening to Maiden United .. got a demo CD at the Ayreon dress rehearsal last thursday with 5 songs on it. Had not heard of them before, but the songs are all accoustic versions of Iron Maiden songs. Not that I know those songs, I've never listened to Iron Maiden before (except for maybe a few songs on radio). So far the songs are quite good.

Listening and watching the Theater Equation. It's a kind of musical version of an Ayreon album "The Human Equation". This was the unofficial first Ayreon 'concert' .. quite a nice production.

I've been listening to the new Isaac Delusion album (Uplifters) an awful lot. This was a nice surprise for late 2019 (a stupidly good year for music) as I didn't think we'd see anything new from them till next year. As usual, rock solid electro-pop bottom to top.
