Not entirely eliminated, but yeah pretty much... for in the top 3-4.

Rematch of Montreal and Tampa Bay (this time starting up north).

I made sure to put in both Stamkos and Datsyuk so I would be guaranteed a player in the 2nd round. Looks like it will be Stamkos!

The only way I had a chance of winning was by not hedging my bets like that, because of my mediocre talent pool to choose from. Didn't work out, but alas.

Sniffle for Detroit, but now I won't feel too bad when Montreal beats Tampa.

Looks like the Bolts will be going up 2-0 on Montreal; Filppula has a pair at least; Stamkos finally scores.

The second round is well underway, and the pool sheet has been updated. Kreegs is leading Vic by 4 points, while Kit is hanging onto 3rd place.

Chicago Blackhawks vs. Anaheim Ducks in the West, and either the New York Rangers or Washington Capitals vs. probably the Tampa Bay Lightning in the East?

*gagging noises*

As long as the eastern conference wins the cup this year I'm happy.

Team I'll cheer for in order.

1. Washington - Drafted an Aussie are my second team and Ovi is fun to watch + never won a cup
2. Canadians - I want a Canadian team to win the cup.
3. Lightning - Stammers is fun to watch and they have had a successful rebuild so deserve to have it pay off.
4. Rangers - I'd cheer Yandle and Stepan for my Fantasy Team
5. Ducks - Because they're not Chicago
6. Satan - Because I'd rather cheer for the Devil before Chicago
7. Chicago - They've won so many cups and they're so good it's kinda not fair. Kane and Toews are crazy plus their blue line even is awesome. They're fun to watch but you'll only see me cheering for them if they play Minnesota.

I can only find the Lightning to root for among those teams.
