How would you compare this to Wolfenstein: TNO? I know you (and I) really liked that one, so I'm interested in your comparison.

Just bought Doom after the price drop, but I'm still waiting on my desktop (and everything else) to arrive from the east coast. Damn moving people say they probably won't be here until July 5th!

It's hard to call one better than the other, honestly, and they're drastically different in terms of gameplay and flow, so it's tricky to compare. I'd give Doom the edge for a few minor personal reasons, but at the end of the day, I can't see a TNO fan disliking Doom.

Beaten:
1/17 - Mortal Kombat X (Xbone)
1/31 - Blast Corps (Xbone [N64])
3/6 - Pokémon Edición Azul (3DS [VC])
3/23 - Shovel Knight (Wii U)
4/18 - LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga (360)
4/23 - Star Fox Zero (Wii U)
5/18 - Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (DS)
6/25 - Kirby: Planet Robobot (3DS)

Bought this one on a whim because I'm currently stuck in Seattle with little in the way of gaming hardware while I wait on the moving company. Definitely one of my better impulse buys in recent memory. After Triple Deluxe, I wasn't sure if I really enjoyed Kirby anymore, but the robot gimmick in this one was really pretty satisfying. There were some neat puzzles in this game too, and late game had some cool surprises. Post-game content looks promising too, so hopefully there's enough here to tide me over a little longer until my stuff gets here.

3/28 - Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (PS3 [PS2]) (2x)

Well that's all I needed to hear! Glad you liked it. If it ends up being even better than TNO, that's just fine with me.

Gotta agree with this. After Triple Deluxe I didn't think I'd get the next Kirby but this looked promising and turned out to be quite good. Robot suit adds good flow to the gameplay, and variety. Final Boss was crazy. I collected everything in the main game, just gotta see if I want to do all the extra stuff.

I guess MM5 is considered a complete since I found all the "Mega Man 5" tokens? Overall I liked the level design and bosses, but this one was the easiest so far. Might ranked it better than 3 and 4, hard to say.

Mega Man 6 is done and now so is the Collection. I really liked 6, it did a lot of neat things like alternate level paths and cool new upgrades. The jet upgrade is a little OP, but considering how many Mega Man games there are, I'm okay with one of them taking the liberty to make a power up that's just powerful and fun.

I beat Little Inferno on Steam. I didn't know if the game would actually have an ending, but it did. I found all the combos, too, so as far as I know, that's everything there is to do in that game.
