I'm not a huge fan of Narrative games or walking simulators, but I really enjoyed Edith Finch. Really clever way of telling a story.
I will say, I've played a few of these games now where you explore a house with a creepy vibe but the point is there's nothing actually creepy about it (Edith Finch, Gone Home). Wouldn't mind playing a game like this where something creepy actually does happen!
