OMG WHAT A GOLIROUS DAY

YES YES YES

3-0

Good bye Yankees.
Oh boy... the state of Texas looks scary. I hope both boys of blue terminate them entirely, but I'm afraid that only half the job may be done. :(

Looks like we may not get that 30th anniversary rematch after all.

The hit by pitches and fielding errors/mishaps cost the Blue Jays in game one. Game two is tomorrow and a DEFINATE must win or they are done (I don't see them coming back down 2-0 in series as Galliardo is stellar against the Blue Jays this year).

The other half of Texas (Houston) begins shortly against the defending American League playoff champions.

This is why it's good we didn't get stuck in a wild card slot.

Price played a bad game all in all, and we had some gaffes besides, but I don't see a 2-0 deficit being a death knell. Certainly I'm hopeful if not confident we'll take the game tomorrow, but even if we don't, I won't immediately be lamenting what could have been. Texas has a crazy bullpen, but we have a good one of our own and sport craziness elsewhere. Let's just hope we get Donaldson back in the mix and Tulo starts pulling his weight on O.

At least KC lost game one as well, so I don't feel as bad what happened...

The best stuff is on today, and I want the Cardinals gone! :P

The wrong birds won and lost the games today (the bird of blue is now down to their final strike in this round; the red one blanked the Cubs).

The champions of the AL evened their series with the other part of Texas; and the best for last is on (or at least I hope) right now, with Kershaw pitching against the Mets.

I've decided to choose the mets as my go to team to cheer for during the playoffs. Not that it means anything.

Eh, some people are complaining about it, but I don't really see the problem.

Wednesday is going to be fun.
