McDavid has now missed 20 games, so kitroplious, you have until next Thursday, 24 December to decide if you want to sub McDavid out and which reserve you want to bring up to replace him.

Coming up to new years I have a tough decision to make.

Hudler, Eberle, Hossa and Iginla all aren't pulling their own weight.

Oreilly, Carter, Okposo and Monahan are 7+ points above the 4 i mentioned.

Carter and Oreilly are doing better than everyone but my top 4 (Benn/Segiun/Hall/H Sedin) and Okposo is only a point behind Carter.

The only thing clear right now is I need to bring in Oreilly and need to get rid of Iginla.

I'm tempted to keep Eberle and hope he misses 7 more games and I also feel Eberle can out perform a lot of the others anyway.

Eberle has a 0.55 ppg and Hossa and Iginla are 0.53 and 0.48.

Hopefully before the new year it' a lot clearer whom to bench and whom to start.

Also Avs are on a 4 game winning streak.

Yes, we each get 2 substitutions that we can make on the 1st. We can submit them before the 1st too, if we want (e.g. if someone is going to be out of town and can't post), but why not wait until we have as much information as possible?

Everything due before the Winter Classic or before the Detroit/Buffalo game on the 2nd?

I'd say everything due before 11:59 p.m. on 1 January in Pacific Time (which is midnight in the latest time zone that anyone here lives in).

Palat missed his 20th game on Wednesday, 30 December, which means I have until pre-game on Wednesday, 6 January to sub him out for someone.

Reminder to everyone else: the deadline to submit your free New Year substitutions is the end of the day today (1 January) in Pacific time.
