Wtf happened on the blue jays game and I turned it on and people were throwing shit on the ground and someone was getting ejected and the commentators were talking about how they should get the players off the field.

I had to go out for a bit like straight after that the crowd was going nuts though (I assume cos the blue jays were winning)

I'm sure you'll be able to read more about it on a sports news site, but the ump basically fucked the Jays over and cost them a run. The Jays continued the game under protest and then Bautista hit a 3-run homer for the win.

The Blue Jays and Cubs are both down to their final strike. The former on their game today was a complete embarrassment. At least Pennington pitched for the first time!

I think a lot of people are going to blame Dickey for that loss, perhaps not unjustifiably. If we get good games out of Estrada, Stroman, and Price, we still have a chance, but that's a big if against a good team like the Royals.
