Socially Distant Santa 2020

It's almost
winter holiday season, and that means it's time for giving! But uh, I'm not going anywhere near any filthy contaminated mail this year. So I thought it might be fun for us to give something the gift of something they already have. Announcing
This Old Neon's
Socially Distant Santa 2020.
Here's how I see this working. Instead of sending gifts to people and not knowing what's going on... we'll each get a Santa, and that person selects a game for us to play (from our backlog—no gifting involved) over the
winter holiday break.
- So, each person who wants to participate will leave a post in here with a list of the games or systems they'll have access to over the break (alternatively, make sure your Backloggery is up to date).
- I'll plug everyone who's interested in participating into the BGE RNG Engine to randomly assign Santas.
- Your Santa then chooses a game for you to play! (And maybe a backup game in case you beat that initial one too quickly...!)
- If you successfully beat the game before like January 2nd, you win THIS OLD NEON ACCOLADES!
Note your interest here by the end of the day on Monday, 30 November (one week from now). I'll compile, randomize, and contact Santas on 1 December. Santas have a few days to go through their
victim's elf buddy's (???) lists. Then you can post your "gifts" (challenges) right here in this thread, preferably no later than like 7 December or so. All discussion of our progress can happen right here in this thread as well.
Sound like fun? Suggestions? Tweaks?

I also like it and am interested, but have no time to beat a game before january 2nd. Best I can do is start a game.
(There's no break for me during christmas and new year, just a free day or two)
Switch or Wii U unplayed games on backloggery are probably the best to pick a game from, or an unfinished small game.
If it's a game from a series I will continue or start the first game of the series that I haven't finished.

I'll extend the deadline to express interest because people are oddly hesitant to read this thread?
Anyway, I'm obviously interested. I'll have my PS5 and probably my Switch at home over the holidays, or if I can't travel, I'll have access to everything I own but I'll be focusing on those consoles anyway!

I’ll participate but I often play games slowly though so I’m not expecting to beat it in a month.
PS3, PSN, PS1C or PS2C preferred. My backlog is mostly up to date.

So my pick for you is Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom. There’s quite a few good games you had listed there - wasn’t an easy choice.

Share, I know you've got a few games in a variety of genres on the go already, so I'm not going to overburden you... but I think you'd really enjoy
ABZÛ, and it'll complement what you're already playing and shouldn't be too taxing on your time.
