Of course, there are many other games that didn't make the cut, whether because of bad timing or bad memories. Remedy that here.

I would say the lack of a dreadful english dub is enough absolutely lol.

But I mean other than that, they are total graphical overhauls (not just resolution bumped ports), run on a different combat engine, soundtracks are redone, additional story is added to both (cutscenes in the first, a whole 2-3 hrs of playable content as another protag in the 2nd), etc. I'd argue yes they're different enough even though I am usually conservative in this regard.
