Valkyria Chronicles coming to PC?

An entry for Valkyria Chronicles showed up on the PEGI website earlier this month—for PC! This kind of ratings board appearance is usually a pretty reliable way of predicting upcoming games. A PC version of
Valkyria Chronicles would be pretty sweet! I wonder if Sega would re-port it back to PS4 or something?

I don't actually know what this game is, but I welcome all franchises to the greatest platform.

Initial rumours (Twitter) are claiming it comes out on 11 November, will cost $19.99, and include all DLC.

confirmed via Steam, with a 10% pre-order discount.
