Top 2048 — Week 6 — Poll 1

Welcome to the #BGE2020 Elimination Round!

The previous micro-round was solely to put the lowest-ranked games against each other and weed out enough games to come up with a nice even 2048 for bracketing purposes. And here we are.

This is the top 2048!

Each game is seeded based on its performance in the two opening rounds of pools. Half of these games will advance to the Top 1024, and the other half will be demoted to the losers' bracket, where they'll fight for survival and a chance at redemption.

HOW TO VOTE

This is easy. You only get one vote per poll. The game with the most votes wins. In the event of a tie, the higher seed advances. Check back every week, because with the stakes this high, you're not going to want to miss a vote!

I personally prefer Air Zonk to Minecraft, and in fact never really got into Minecraft at all (I played it a bit, a couple times, but it never hooked me). But I have to acknowledge that even though it's a ripoff game, it's been influential and important.

I see people not using this high-road voting philosophy, and I appreciate it.

Minecraft bores me so so much. My kids love it though so I almost voted for it just due to the entertainment they've gotten out of it. I would vote for Air Zonk readily but haven't played it yet, sadly.

It's a Bonk-themed cute'em-up from the Gate of Thunder devs. You'd like it. It definitely won't be a travesty if it beats Minecraft.
