I personally recommend pretty much anything originally made by MicroProse, including the games explicitly labeled "Sid Meier," Sword of the Samurai, and Darklands. Also pick up System Shock 2 if you still don't have that for some reason.

Ok, picked up System Shock 2 for under 1 euro (still have to see how/if it runs). Strife's price is too high to justify a second (or actually 3rd) copy, even if the graphics and options are updated.

I picked up I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, and looking at Sword of the Samurai as well.
